Funny stuff
Here are some things that Julian has said lately:
(Usually I say things to him like, "I love you taller than the tallest building and bigger than the biggest mountain."
"Mummy, I love you more than the widest restaurant."
Julian: Mummy, what colour are your teeth?
Mummy: Um, white?
Julian: I think they're a bit yellow.
The other day I came to kinder to do some participation classes with the children. I did a very successful rendition of "I know a chicken..." by Laurie Berkner, and Julian later said, "I was so proud that you were my mummy." (I really was a bit hit; I think I can start hiring myself out for children's parties."
Julian's also been coming up with funny words. I forgot what he said about his snot the other day, but it was something like, "That's just my snot snonking around in my nose." Although I'm not sure if that's the word he used. I wish I'd have written it down straight away!!!

Communication breakdown
At 81 (sorry mum), my mother's a little hard of hearing, and Julian doesn't always have the sympathy he should. Tonight, at her house, he ran away from her, saying he wasn't speaking to her. I asked him why he was being rude, and he turned to Nanna and said, "I told you something one time, then two times, then three times, and you still didn't know what I was saying, so I'm not going to speak to you anymore!"
We had to laugh.
We had to laugh.
