Who says I don't dress my kids in the coolest clothes?

Today Julian painted this gorgeous painting of me. When Bibby asked what I looked like, he said, "Mummy's got brown hair and big brown eyes. She is very beautiful and has a great big smile!" What a wonderful description!

 

 

 

 

Recently, Julian visited the zoo on a brilliant sunny day, and was joined by his kinder friend Noah. Having Noah was a real bonus, since not only was Julian occupied, but Noah and his mother knew the zoo back-to-front. The two had a blast together. In the elephant enclosure, an elephant did a painting for one couple...when the painting was turned around, the canvas bore the words, "Will you marry me?" Corny, perhaps, but I had tears in my eyes!

This past weekend, Julian had the kinder bear, Peter Alexander, home. There are lots of rules about taking care of Peter; it's all about responsibility, and Julian did a great job!

I realise I must talk to Julian as if he is an adult when, today, he turned to me and said - "What's a diversion?" I realised I had said that in a sentence to him!
