Taekwondo black belt - advanced

Julian was one of the youngest to receive his third pum of his black belt today - reaching the highest level he can as an under 18. When he goes for his next Dan, he will be qualified enough to open up his own Taekwondo club or be an instructor!

Drumming legend

Julian at absolute legend when he performed in a band at a pub last night for Rock Academy - the culmination of four days' work with his friend Rafi. He got on those drums and smashed them! His bands performed two songs - All Hope Is Lost did a cover of Paperback Writer and then he was part of an instrumental duo called Spotty Snow with a piece called Auto Schadenfrade. (The singer didn't show.) He had such a blast collaborating with these talented kids (mainly older) and it all ended with an after party at the Pancake Parlour. He was great onstage - confident and accomplished!
